Speed: Underwater, she has incredible speed. On land however, she is rather clumsy.
Communication: Like her Aeon, she can communicate with sea creatures.
Blowgun: She mastered this weapon as a back-up if there is too little or no water around for her to use.

Personality:
Moana has a very caring personality and likes to find the good in people. This sometimes makes her seem very naïve. However, this is not the case. She is fully aware that there are people without such goodness, yet she tries. This does not mean she is always gentle. Moana can be very strict when the situation calls for it. She takes her job seriously and does not tolerate fighting in her kingdom, especially in her presence.

Because Moana is a Nemetolle, she has spent most of her life underwater. She is very clumsy on land, and she often feels very vulnerable. This has given her a tendency to be nervous around land-dwellers she is unfamiliar with. If she sees goodness in them, she will open up quickly. Moana is probably the most comfortable around Eluneem children, land-dwelling and Nemetolle. They are encouraged to come to her if they are troubled or just want to have fun, and she will drop anything and everything to help a child in need.

History:
Moana is the eldest of the two children of King Nereus and Queen Virva, and next in line for the Aquoise throne. As a child, she had as much of a normal life as any royal child could have. She studied most of the time, but still made time to have fun with the other children. However, the fact that she would become Queen in the future always sat on her mind, and she always made sure to do well in her studies.

When Moana was eleven, her younger brother, Klytië, was born. She adored him since the first time she saw him. She loved helping her mother care for him, and when he was old enough, she would try to include him in everything that she did.

Moana’s normal royal childhood came to an end when she was fifteen. There was a sudden attack on the palace, and her father was killed in front of her eyes by a random terrorist. It was shortly afterwards that Moana officially took the title of Crowned Princess. However, she wouldn’t become Queen until she was of age, so her mother took over as ruler until then.

At twenty-one, Moana came of age. This meant she was now able to fully take over as ruler. She was crowned Queen shortly after her birthday. However, she decided to keep the title as Crowned Princess until her mother passes away.


Forms:
Like all Nemetolle, Moana has three forms; her sea form, land form, and beast form. On land, she is able to switch freely between her sea and land forms. However, when she's in waist-deep water, she is forced into her sea form. She can also change into her beast for at will. However, it uses up a majority of her energy.

Kasen - A blind young Eluneem she's taken under her wing. He's one of her closest friends.
James "Jem" - One of the only Laheits she knows. He's become a very close friend she's come to rely on.
Cassius - Alora's brother-in-law. Despite having a rather bad first encounter, they're now good friends.
Rajul - The emperor of Ouro. She considers him a mentor as well as a big brother.
Piper - A young Nefaun she's taken under her wing. She considers him like a son, even letting him call her "mommy".
Zeres - A close friend. She's been helping him reconnect with his sisters whom he hadn't talked to in nearly four years.
Arviad - Prince of Nexra. She knows him pretty well through Maveric.
Novera - Leader of the Aen'Caern. She thinks she can be a little immature at times, but is a good girl.
Ina - A young Meaweet she somewhat cares for. He wasn't raised in a "healthy" environment, and she hopes she can get his behavior back in check.

Extra:
Her gills are located on her ribs under her top. The loose material allows the water to flow through her gills.
She has a younger brother named Klytië.
She has a talmai sea turtle (a mount) named Amazi she received from her father when she was a child.
She is skilled in the art of water magic, but horrible at non-magic fighting.
It is said she and her family are the direct descendants of the first Nemetolle created.
She is always adorned in pearls. They are one the most expensive stones in the Aquoise Kingdom, and they signify that she is of royal blood.
Having lived practically all of her life underwater, she is very curious of the world above the ocean's surface. She hopes one day she'll be able to learn about the lands outside of the Aquoise Kingdom boundaries.
She has scars on her tail from a beast attack. However, her scales cover them so they can't be seen unless she's in her land form.
She's a strong believer in "soul mates".
The glow on her hand is from her promise/engagement ring which is set with a Nexran crystal. She wears it with her wedding ring.
She has a daughter named Ebony who is Delakan-dominant and the first non-Nemetolle heir of Aquoise.
