ZoA ''A Gathering for Hope'' - The Hyeel Fruit

Aelianna was thrilled to hear the news that the Luminary Era could be saved.  She rushed to find Dione to tell her the good news, and to tell her of the task that their Luminary, Ezra, set out for them. They were to go in groups in search of Hyeel Fruit that grows in the Fireus Cliffs.

"We should split up. You and I both know the dangers of nature well and we can use this knowledge to help other groups." Dione said as she started to pack. "I'll go with Landon and his group. I'm sure Scorn will need help. You and Tobias can help protect her."

The Gemini nodded. "That sounds like a good idea. The more we can get there, the more we can gather. I'll be out with the elk. Meet me at the gate in one hour then we'll go to the shop."

Dione nodded and finished packing.  An hour later, the Aries met Aelianna at the gate like they agreed and headed out of the woods. Dione was on the back of her Jinx, Zephyr, while Aelianna led the two calves on Enill's back.  Once at the shop, the girls put their mounts in the back corral then went inside where they found both sets of brothers and Ana. It seemed they too had received the news, and were there to discuss who was going with who.  After some deliberation, the groups were decided. Tobias would go with Aelianna and Scorn, while Dione would go with the rest of the group.


"We need pick up Scorn, then we can head out." Aelianna said to Tobias as they walked out back to get Enill. "And we'll have to thank your coworker for looking after the calves."

Tobias nodded with a smile. "I'll make sure he knows we're grateful." He helped Aelianna up onto Enill's back then climbed up behind her.

With a stroke to the elk's neck and a light kick, they were off to the outskirts on the other side of town to pick up the herbalist.  During the ride over, Tobias and Aelianna discussed different plans to keep the Scorn safe from the dangerous of the cliffs.  Although the two had never run into any, they knew gryffons and dragons liked to make their nests in these treacherous hills.

Soon they arrived at a decent sized shop, smilier to Cael's. Aelianna dismounted and knocked on the door.  When it opened, a Scorpio and a jinx appeared at the door.

"Anna! What are you doing here?" Scorn asked when she laid eyes on her good friend. "Please come in and have some tea."

Aelianna shook her head.  "Did you not get the message? Luminary Ezra wants groups of us to go find the Hyeel Fruit to save Era. Tobias and I will be your guardians, if you're okay with it."

Scorn looked down at jinx beside her and smiled. She nodded to the Gemini. "Give me a few minutes to pack, and we'll be on our way."

"Don't keep us waiting." She replied then walked back to Enill and Tobias. "She's just got to pack then we'll be on our way. Right now, we can make it about half way there. I know a place we can camp for the night."

"Ready!" The Scorpio said as she came up riding her Jinx.

Aelianna nodded and mounted Enill. "Let's go then."


The group traveled for hours, sharing stories and fighting off the random slayer or bandit group that came upon them.  Aelianna led the way on Enill with Tobias while Scorn followed behind them on her jinx, Kaiziar.  As night began to fall on the rather uneventful day, Aelianna scoped out they location to camp.

The area they came up to was a little clearing next to a stream.  Large boulders popped up in several places, and it was next to one of the largest ones that they stopped to make camp.

"This area is one of the safer places on this road. The boulder will help hide us, and there's a stream nearby for food." Aelianna explained when she dismounted. Tobias dismounted after her.

"I'll go gather firewood. You two set up camp." Tobias said and went off to gather the wood. He was only gone for a short while, and when he returned, the girls had everything set up and were already preparing some meats too cook.

"That was quick." He said as he put down the firewood and started the fire.

Before Aelianna had a chance to burn the food, Scorn and Tobias took the meat away from her and cooked it.  They laughed about how much the Gemini couldn't cook for a good while before getting ready for bed. Tobias and Aelianna decided who took the first watch with a little game which landed the Libra with the first shift.
